She has more than 11 years of PQ experience as a conveyancing solicitor in UK ans she is with Lords Solicitors Team since 2005. Gimhani is a residential and commercial property solicitor who specialises in all aspects of freehold and leasehold acquisitions, including both sale and purchase of a property, preparation of a long and short-term lease, lease extensions, deed of variations, business acquisition, legal charge by way of a mortgage deed and re-mortgages and refinancing of commercial properties acting for both lenders and borrowers.
